Dexon Software designs, builds and maintains its own platform: Dexon BPM. What we sell is not consulting hours on somebody else's software — it is a product we own, the methodology to deploy it, and the experience of operating it in organizations where a failure is not an inconvenience.

The product →
Dexon BPM is our own intellectual property: the engine, the six modules, the integrations and the AI capabilities are written, evolved and supported by the same company that answers when you call. That is what being the vendor means — there is no upstream manufacturer to escalate to, because we are it.
The method →
The Executable Business Architecture methodology formalises how an implementation goes from strategic intent to an audited process. It is not an accessory to the licence: it is what makes deployments predictable and transferable, and it is documented to the point that a partner can apply it.
The experience →
Tax enforcement at national scale, medical claims audit, citizen services for a capital city, nuclear plant indicators, a bank's strategic plan. The pattern behind them repeats across sectors: volume that admits no manual work, deadlines with legal consequence, and someone who will ask for evidence.
Historical figures are evidence of experience, not an automatic guarantee for a new project — every implementation validates architecture, volume, security and success criteria on its own terms. We would rather say that here than have a proposal imply otherwise.

A Benefit and Collective Interest company
Dexon Software S.A.S. BIC is a Colombian Benefit and Collective Interest company: a legal status that binds the business to commitments on worker wellbeing, social equity and the environment, reported formally each year. It is not the B Corp certification issued by B Lab — the terms get conflated, and we prefer the precision.
The connection to what we sell is direct: more efficient processes consume less time, fewer resources and less energy, and free people from mechanical work for the judgement, service and analysis where they add value. That is the same argument our clients buy, applied to why the company exists.

Where we are
Two entities, one company
The product is written in Bogotá. The UK entity anchors the international operation. When you contract either, you are contracting the maker of the product — with the registrations a procurement team can verify.

The culture, where you can check it
Every company lists values; few can point at them. Ours are easier to verify than to declare: the limits of the product are stated on this site before you find them in testing, every figure carries a source or was removed, and what we do not certify we do not claim. If that is how we write in public, it is how we work under contract.
