How to achieve a successful workplace automation

· Automation is being driven by younger workers: More than half (55%) of Gen Z workers surveyed want to improve their work experiences with automation and productivity software.

· Accessibility is key: Despite 32% of workers saying their organization had workflow automation solutions in place before the pandemic, 39% also said access to software solutions that help their team easily automate manual and repetitive work would improve their work-life in 2021. (cmswire.com).

We can infer form this that the access factor is even more important than the young participation factor.
